Terms & Conditions
- Customers must present the original receipt or challan at the time of garment delivery; without the receipt, garments will not be handed over.
- Customera must inspect the garments at the time of delivery, as the service provider will not be responsible for any issues raised afterward.
- We are not responsible for colour fading, colour bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments, embroidery, prints, buttons, beads, or other accessories during the washing or dry-cleaning process.
- While every effort is made to remove stains, 100% stain removal cannot be guaranteed, and customers cannot claim any reduction in charges due to incomplete stain removal.
- We are not responsible for any ornaments, jewellery fittings, decorative accessories, or attachments on the garment that may be damaged during the cleaning process.
- All garments are cleaned strictly at the customer's risk. We will not be responsible for any damage caused due to fabric age, weakness, poor fabric quality, or inherent manufacturing defects.
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage to garments arising from fire, theft, burglary, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for any valuables, currency, or personal items left inside garments; any such items lost or damaged during cleaning are solely the customer's responsibility.
- In case a garment gets damaged during the process (except for the reasons mentioned in points 3, 4, 5, and 6), compensation may be considered. The maximum compensation will be limited to ten times the washing charge or 3,000, whichever is lower.
- Although we aim to deliver garments on the promised date, delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons, and no compensation will be provided for delivery delays.
